One of the first things I always look up, when preparing for a trip to a more expensive destination like Mykonos, is where I can eat delicious food at a reasonable price. Whether you are at home or traveling, you always have to eat! But I’m not the kind of person that wants to spend 50€ on a 3-course dinner. In fact I almost never order a 3-course dinner either. Just a nice glass of wine, a main course and sometimes a dessert will do. Except if I didn’t make any plans that evening, then I can enjoy a more course dinner. Flores, along with tiny Corvo, is the most remote island of the Azores. It is the most western point of Europe and also one of Europe’s most beautiful places. Because of its remoteness this small paradise island is still untouched and authentic. It took me a while browsing through all these luxurious hotels with infinity pools looking over the Aegean Sea. But I did find what I was looking for and it exceeded my expectations! Antwerp Pride: why there should be more events like this in the world
The Antwerp Pride is an event organized every Summer in Antwerp. The party event takes several days and consists of multiple activities. The main event everyone is always looking forward to the most is the parade. All organisations that are active in or support homosexuality, transgenderness, etc participate in the parade. Everyone puts on their finest clothes or costumes and is dancing happily around. This event is not just a party though. The most important thing about it is to create awareness.
