Thanks to traveling solo for years, I became an expert in planning and organizing my own trips and packing!
Planning your own trip can be quite time consuming. It takes a lot of effort, but it is also fun to do if you know how! Packing probably isn’t your most favorite part of traveling. It takes a lot of thought, preparation and you’re always stressing, because you are afraid you’ll forget something.
But don’t worry! You are in luck! I created the perfect tools for you and they are available for free to those who subscribe to my newsletter!
The ultimate packing list
This packing checklist is perfect for every kind of travel. All the random necessary stuff can be found on this list. You can scratch the things you don’t need (for instance gloves are only needed in winter or at cold destinations) and add specific personal needs. I deliberately didn’t mention how many pieces of clothing to take, because it depends of the duration of your trip, your destination and your personal preferences. All I can say is; remember you can wash your clothes in the sink and always consider whether you really need something!
If you’re not sure why certain items such as an empty water bottle or a microfiber swimming towel are listed, you can find the explanation in my previous travel tips articles such as “The ultimate travel tips & tricks: travel like you never traveled before!“, “What I pack as hand luggage” and “20 tips you must read before packing!“. More articles are listed here. You’ll discover they sure will come in handy.
Guide to plan your next trip
This is a step by step guide to plan your next trip. It includes everything regarding booking flights, finding hotels, transportation, creating an itinerary… It is my personal method to book and plan my trips and perfect for those who don’t know where to start.
Preset
I do not use presets that often since every photo is taken in different circumstances. So I prefer to edit every photo differently. But I do have some presets I start with or some that match basically almost every photo. My preset “Moroccan Blues” is such a preset and you can get it for free if you subscribe below to the newsletter.
